I took the boys to get their pictures done this weekend....it has been WAY too long!! They had an absolute blast smiling for the camera, and were perfect the entire time....Here are some of my favorites!

My Lil Handymen

Parker received TONS of tools for his birthday....so there are plenty to share with Kody (thank goodness). This is what I come home to everynight.....and wake up to every morning:) THANK YOU EVERYONE!!! They love to "work", so that is a good sign!!!

Parker Turns 3!!!

On Saturday, Parker turned 3 years old! Its amazing how time flies. He has become such a big boy, and makes us proud everyday. We had a party at Chuck E Cheese, his favorite spot. He didn't get off of the Bob the Builder ride the entire time:) He had friends from school and family there to celebrate with him! He even sang "happy birthday" to himself! Kody enjoyed himself too, lots of pizza and cupcakes. You can even see him cheating at the games below.....hey, whatever you gotta do to get those tickets!:)

We Love Trains!

Parker, Kody and I went to the McCormick - Stillman Railroad Park on Saturday. The boys absolutely LOVE trains, and we got to ride on one MULTIPLE times around the park:) They played all over the playgrounds, and the houses, and we even slowed down for a little rainbow sherbet. They got their own Conductor Hats, and haven't taken them off since.....lets just say, we WILL be going back!!

Little Firemen

Parker and Kody were lucky enough to go with Pat to a local fire station where his friends works. The boys are absolutely fascinated by firetrucks and got to go "out and about" in the neighborhood on the truck...the whole time wearing headphones and listening to the firemen. They blew the horn and ran the sirens just for Parker and Kody. They are ready to go back!

Summer At Lake Okoboji

The boys were lucky enough to spend 8 days this summer at Grandma & Coach Halpine's cabin on Lake Okoboji, Iowa. They had such a good time, they are still talking about it! I think Grandma and Coach were as tired as they were at the end of the day! :)

Emma & Travis get Married!

This summer, we spent 8 days in Palm Springs at the Westin Resort. My baby sister, Emma, got married on July 20th and Parker and I were both in the wedding. He was a trooper for the long day, and by the end was DONE getting his picture taken. We wish Emma and Travis the best in the years to come....they are an incredible couple!

Parker and Kody have spent the entire summer in the water! They are my little daredevils, who think they can swim like champs! Parker, who isn't even 3 yet, will jump from the step and swim to you....and Kody, who will be 2 in Dec, just likes to jump in from the side over and over and over again! Its a good thing that it stays hot here for so long...cheap entertainment!
