CoNVinCing????

We went to the Railroad Park after church Sunday....lets just say that mom turned just in time to see Mr Parker taking a swing at Kody (which was probably well deserved these days) and when he noticed that I was watching....well, "mr perfect brother" emerged...I couldn't help but laugh!!!

Daddy took Parker and Kody trick-or-treating on Friday night....Parker told me that "Daddy ate all of the gross candy".....surrrrre he did:) They were both Handy Manny!!

PumPkiN PaRtY!

Parker had his pumpkin party at school today and here is the costume that he got to make:) They paraded around the school and then stopped to have cookies (which they all got to frost and decorate on their own)...so, he was loaded up on sugar right before nap!! I will post more pics of the boys after tomorrow....they are very excited to collect candy! (great)

ThE HaPPiESt PLacE On EArTH!!!

The boys and I spent the weekend in Cali with my family....and went to Disneyland!! We all had so much fun, especially since it was their first trip. Parker had wide eyes the entire day, but fell asleep before we left the parking lot after 6pm:) Kody took a "catnap" on the train, but was still exhausted at the end of the day! Thank you Mimi, Papa and Aunt Emma for coming with us!!!

Parker and Kody enjoyed a wonderful fall day at the pumpkin patch in California. We ended up taking 3 small pumpkins home that they could carry themselves:)

LovE ThE BeAcH!!

Summertime at my home in Cali is beautiful! The boys enjoyed building sand castles and playing in the cold ocean water! We are headed back there this weekend!!

I took the boys to get their pictures done this weekend....it has been WAY too long!! They had an absolute blast smiling for the camera, and were perfect the entire time....Here are some of my favorites!

My Lil Handymen

Parker received TONS of tools for his birthday....so there are plenty to share with Kody (thank goodness). This is what I come home to everynight.....and wake up to every morning:) THANK YOU EVERYONE!!! They love to "work", so that is a good sign!!!

Parker Turns 3!!!

On Saturday, Parker turned 3 years old! Its amazing how time flies. He has become such a big boy, and makes us proud everyday. We had a party at Chuck E Cheese, his favorite spot. He didn't get off of the Bob the Builder ride the entire time:) He had friends from school and family there to celebrate with him! He even sang "happy birthday" to himself! Kody enjoyed himself too, lots of pizza and cupcakes. You can even see him cheating at the games below.....hey, whatever you gotta do to get those tickets!:)

We Love Trains!

Parker, Kody and I went to the McCormick - Stillman Railroad Park on Saturday. The boys absolutely LOVE trains, and we got to ride on one MULTIPLE times around the park:) They played all over the playgrounds, and the houses, and we even slowed down for a little rainbow sherbet. They got their own Conductor Hats, and haven't taken them off since.....lets just say, we WILL be going back!!

Little Firemen

Parker and Kody were lucky enough to go with Pat to a local fire station where his friends works. The boys are absolutely fascinated by firetrucks and got to go "out and about" in the neighborhood on the truck...the whole time wearing headphones and listening to the firemen. They blew the horn and ran the sirens just for Parker and Kody. They are ready to go back!

Summer At Lake Okoboji

The boys were lucky enough to spend 8 days this summer at Grandma & Coach Halpine's cabin on Lake Okoboji, Iowa. They had such a good time, they are still talking about it! I think Grandma and Coach were as tired as they were at the end of the day! :)
